What goes on a page

It agrees with the calendar

The planner is built on the same modules as the calendar maker: the same holiday data, the same moon phase calculation, the same language handling. A day that is marked as a holiday on one is marked on the other.

Questions

How many days can one planner PDF cover?

Up to 31 days in a single download. Each page is rendered at print resolution, which takes a couple of seconds per day, so a longer range would run for minutes and produce a file that is awkward to handle. For a longer stretch, download it a month at a time.

Can I change the hours the schedule covers?

Yes. Set the first and last hour, and choose whether rows are hourly, half-hourly or every fifteen minutes. The rows share whatever height is left on the page, so any range fills the sheet instead of overflowing it.

Does the planner show holidays and moon phases?

Both, optionally, and from the same data the calendar maker uses. The holiday country and the planner language remain separate choices.

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no email, no watermark. The PDF is built in your browser, so what you write on the planner stays on your device. Two things do leave it: a location search sends the town name to the Open-Meteo geocoding service, and picking a holiday country fetches that country’s holiday list — from this site for the 35 countries with built-in data, from the Nager.Date API for the rest.
